| CVE-2019-19242 | 5 Canonical, Oracle, Redhat and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Mysql Workbench, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.9 Medium |
| SQLite 3.30.1 mishandles pExpr->y.pTab, as demonstrated by the TK_COLUMN case in sqlite3ExprCodeTarget in expr.c. | ||||
| CVE-2019-19126 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 3.3 Low |
| On the x86-64 architecture, the GNU C Library (aka glibc) before 2.31 fails to ignore the LD_PREFER_MAP_32BIT_EXEC environment variable during program execution after a security transition, allowing local attackers to restrict the possible mapping addresses for loaded libraries and thus bypass ASLR for a setuid program. | ||||
| CVE-2019-18276 | 4 Gnu, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 6 Bash, Hci Management Node, Oncommand Unified Manager and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| An issue was discovered in disable_priv_mode in shell.c in GNU Bash through 5.0 patch 11. By default, if Bash is run with its effective UID not equal to its real UID, it will drop privileges by setting its effective UID to its real UID. However, it does so incorrectly. On Linux and other systems that support "saved UID" functionality, the saved UID is not dropped. An attacker with command execution in the shell can use "enable -f" for runtime loading of a new builtin, which can be a shared object that calls setuid() and therefore regains privileges. However, binaries running with an effective UID of 0 are unaffected. | ||||
| CVE-2019-18224 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 2 Libidn2, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| idn2_to_ascii_4i in lib/lookup.c in GNU libidn2 before 2.1.1 has a heap-based buffer overflow via a long domain string. | ||||
| CVE-2019-17595 | 3 Invisible-island, Opensuse, Redhat | 3 Ncurses, Leap, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-14 | 5.4 Medium |
| There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the fmt_entry function in tinfo/comp_hash.c in the terminfo library in ncurses before 6.1-20191012. | ||||
| CVE-2019-17594 | 3 Invisible-island, Opensuse, Redhat | 3 Ncurses, Leap, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-14 | 5.3 Medium |
| There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the _nc_find_entry function in tinfo/comp_hash.c in the terminfo library in ncurses before 6.1-20191012. | ||||
| CVE-2019-17498 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 3 more | 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 10 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.1 High |
| In libssh2 v1.9.0 and earlier versions, the SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT logic in packet.c has an integer overflow in a bounds check, enabling an attacker to specify an arbitrary (out-of-bounds) offset for a subsequent memory read. A crafted SSH server may be able to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition on the client system when a user connects to the server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-16168 | 9 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 21 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| In SQLite through 3.29.0, whereLoopAddBtreeIndex in sqlite3.c can crash a browser or other application because of missing validation of a sqlite_stat1 sz field, aka a "severe division by zero in the query planner." | ||||
| CVE-2019-16056 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 11 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.3 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in Python through 2.7.16, 3.x through 3.5.7, 3.6.x through 3.6.9, and 3.7.x through 3.7.4. The email module wrongly parses email addresses that contain multiple @ characters. An application that uses the email module and implements some kind of checks on the From/To headers of a message could be tricked into accepting an email address that should be denied. An attack may be the same as in CVE-2019-11340; however, this CVE applies to Python more generally. | ||||
| CVE-2019-15903 | 3 Libexpat Project, Python, Redhat | 5 Libexpat, Python, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| In libexpat before 2.2.8, crafted XML input could fool the parser into changing from DTD parsing to document parsing too early; a consecutive call to XML_GetCurrentLineNumber (or XML_GetCurrentColumnNumber) then resulted in a heap-based buffer over-read. | ||||
| CVE-2019-15847 | 3 Gnu, Opensuse, Redhat | 4 Gcc, Leap, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| The POWER9 backend in GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) before version 10 could optimize multiple calls of the __builtin_darn intrinsic into a single call, thus reducing the entropy of the random number generator. This occurred because a volatile operation was not specified. For example, within a single execution of a program, the output of every __builtin_darn() call may be the same. | ||||
| CVE-2019-13627 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Libgcrypt20 Project and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libgcrypt20 and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.3 Medium |
| It was discovered that there was a ECDSA timing attack in the libgcrypt20 cryptographic library. Version affected: 1.8.4-5, 1.7.6-2+deb9u3, and 1.6.3-2+deb8u4. Versions fixed: 1.8.5-2 and 1.6.3-2+deb8u7. | ||||
| CVE-2019-12900 | 7 Bzip, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 9 Bzip2, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| BZ2_decompress in decompress.c in bzip2 through 1.0.6 has an out-of-bounds write when there are many selectors. | ||||
| CVE-2019-10160 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 13 more | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| A security regression of CVE-2019-9636 was discovered in python since commit d537ab0ff9767ef024f26246899728f0116b1ec3 affecting versions 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and from v3.8.0a4 through v3.8.0b1, which still allows an attacker to exploit CVE-2019-9636 by abusing the user and password parts of a URL. When an application parses user-supplied URLs to store cookies, authentication credentials, or other kind of information, it is possible for an attacker to provide specially crafted URLs to make the application locate host-related information (e.g. cookies, authentication data) and send them to a different host than where it should, unlike if the URLs had been correctly parsed. The result of an attack may vary based on the application. | ||||
| CVE-2018-20843 | 8 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 12 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 9 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| In libexpat in Expat before 2.2.7, XML input including XML names that contain a large number of colons could make the XML parser consume a high amount of RAM and CPU resources while processing (enough to be usable for denial-of-service attacks). | ||||
| CVE-2018-14567 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Redhat and 1 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Ansible Tower and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| libxml2 2.9.8, if --with-lzma is used, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via a crafted XML file that triggers LZMA_MEMLIMIT_ERROR, as demonstrated by xmllint, a different vulnerability than CVE-2015-8035 and CVE-2018-9251. | ||||
| CVE-2018-14404 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Redhat and 1 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Ansible Tower and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in the xpath.c:xmlXPathCompOpEval() function of libxml2 through 2.9.8 when parsing an invalid XPath expression in the XPATH_OP_AND or XPATH_OP_OR case. Applications processing untrusted XSL format inputs with the use of the libxml2 library may be vulnerable to a denial of service attack due to a crash of the application. | ||||
| CVE-2018-0495 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Gnupg and 2 more | 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libgcrypt and 11 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| Libgcrypt before 1.7.10 and 1.8.x before 1.8.3 allows a memory-cache side-channel attack on ECDSA signatures that can be mitigated through the use of blinding during the signing process in the _gcry_ecc_ecdsa_sign function in cipher/ecc-ecdsa.c, aka the Return Of the Hidden Number Problem or ROHNP. To discover an ECDSA key, the attacker needs access to either the local machine or a different virtual machine on the same physical host. | ||||
| CVE-2017-18258 | 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft | 4 Ansible Tower, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Core Services and 1 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| The xz_head function in xzlib.c in libxml2 before 2.9.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via a crafted LZMA file, because the decoder functionality does not restrict memory usage to what is required for a legitimate file. | ||||
| CVE-2017-15422 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Google and 2 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Chrome and 5 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| Integer overflow in international date handling in International Components for Unicode (ICU) for C/C++ before 60.1, as used in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 63.0.3239.84 and other products, allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. | ||||
