| CVE-2026-98582 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: st21nfca: validate received frame size st21nfca_hci_i2c_repack() trims a received frame at its EOF marker before removing byte stuffing. It then assumes the truncated frame contains the LLC header and two CRC bytes, and it unconditionally reads the byte after an escape marker. A malformed frame can place EOF immediately after the start marker or can end its data portion with an escape marker. The former leaves too few bytes for check_crc(), while the latter makes the unstuffing loop read past the current skb length. Require the minimum framing bytes both before and after unstuffing. Use separate input and output cursors while removing byte stuffing, and reject an escape marker without its encoded byte. This keeps malformed frames within the received frame boundary before CRC processing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76763 | 1 Redhat | 2 Build Of Quarkus, Quarkus | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in SmallRye GraphQL. The number scalar coercion for BigInteger does not properly validate the magnitude of float or string inputs. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending a GraphQL query containing a large exponent float literal. This can lead to the allocation of extremely large BigInteger objects, causing CPU exhaustion or an OutOfMemoryError, resulting in a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53267 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-20 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_ct: bail out on template ct in get eval I noticed this issue while looking at a historic syzbot report [1]. A rule like the one below is enough to trigger the bug: table ip t { chain pre { type filter hook prerouting priority raw; ct zone set 1 ct original saddr 1.2.3.4 accept } } The first expression attaches a per-cpu template ct via nft_ct_set_zone_eval() (nf_ct_tmpl_alloc -> kzalloc, tuple is all zero, nf_ct_l3num(ct) == 0). The next expression then calls nft_ct_get_eval() on the same skb, treats the template as a real ct and hits the 16-byte memcpy path. With dreg at NFT_REG32_15 this overflows past struct nft_regs on the kernel stack; with smaller dreg values it silently clobbers adjacent registers. Reject template ct at the eval entry and in nft_ct_get_fast_eval(), mirroring the check nft_ct_set_eval() already has. Additionally, bound the address copy in NFT_CT_SRC / NFT_CT_DST by priv->len instead of by nf_ct_l3num(ct): nf_ct_get_tuple() zeroes the tuple before pkt_to_tuple() fills in only the protocol-relevant leading bytes, so the trailing bytes of tuple->{src,dst}.u3.all are well-defined zero. priv->len is validated at rule load, so the copy size is now bounded by the destination register rather than by an untrusted field on the conntrack. | CVE-2026-110606 | 1 Librecad | 2 Libdxfrw, Librecad | 2026-10-20 | 3.3 Low |
| LibreCAD libdxfrw through LC2.2.0 (LibreCAD through 2.2.1.5) contains a stack-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability in dwgReader18::readFileHeader() caused by calling strlen on non-NUL-terminated buffers. Attackers can supply a crafted AC1018, AC1024 or AC1027 DWG file without NUL bytes in the decrypted header to read adjacent stack memory and crash the process. | ||||
| CVE-2016-15060 | 1 Pcman | 1 Ftp Server | 2026-10-20 | 8.3 High |
| A vulnerability was found in PCMan FTP Server up to 2.0.7. This affects an unknown function of the component PORT Command Handler. The manipulation results in buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. | ||||
| CVE-2026-52917 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-20 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sctp: diag: reject stale associations in dump_one path The SCTP exact sock_diag lookup can hold a transport reference, block on lock_sock(sk), and then resume after sctp_association_free() has marked the association dead and freed its bind address list. When that happens, inet_assoc_attr_size() and inet_diag_msg_sctpasoc_fill() can still dereference association state that is no longer valid for reporting. In particular, inet_diag_msg_sctpasoc_fill() may read an empty bind-address list as a real sctp_sockaddr_entry and trigger an out-of-bounds read from unrelated association memory. Reject the association after taking the socket lock if it has been reaped or detached from the endpoint, and report the lookup as stale. This keeps the exact dump-one path from formatting torn association state. | ||||
| CVE-2024-58392 | 1 Icculus | 1 Physicsfs | 2026-10-20 | 3.3 Low |
| PhysicsFS through 3.2.0 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in __PHYSFS_utf8codepoint() that allows attackers to read past name buffers via an off-by-one cursor advance on six-octet UTF-8 sequences. Attackers can supply a crafted archive with entry names ending in six-octet sequences, causing PHYSFS_utf8stricmp() and hashing to over-read and crash the application. | ||||

| CVE-2026-101307 | 1 Freebsd | 1 Freebsd | 2026-10-20 | 9.1 Critical |
| When the PCM sample array needs to grow, the RACK stack doubles a 16-bit allocation counter. Repeated doublings caused the counter to wrap to zero, resulting in a near-zero-length allocation followed by a copy of the existing samples into the undersized buffer. A remote peer can trigger the expansion by sending a sufficient number of ACKs on an established connection. A remote attacker who can establish a TCP connection to a system using the RACK stack can trigger an out-of-bounds write of approximately 512 KB in the kernel heap possibly resulting in a kernel panic. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53221 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-20 | 9.8 Critical |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ip6_vti: fix incorrect tunnel matching in vti6_tnl_lookup() In vti6_tnl_lookup(), when an exact match for a tunnel fails, the code falls back to searching for wildcard tunnels: - Tunnels matching the packet's local address, with any remote address wildcard remote). - Tunnels matching the packet's remote address, with any local address (wildcard local). However, vti6 stores all these different types of tunnels in the same hash table (ip6n->tnls_r_l) prone to hash collisions. The bug is that the fallback search loops in vti6_tnl_lookup() were missing checks to ensure that the candidate tunnel actually has a wildcard address. | ||||
