CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications. |
| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0, popups opened from a sandboxed iframe through Electron's OpenURLFromTab navigation path, including links using target="_blank" or a middle-click, did not receive the inherited HTML sandbox restrictions. An untrusted iframe using the allow-scripts allow-popups configuration could therefore open a popup with the embedding application's full origin, exposing that origin's cookies, storage, and same-origin scripting capabilities. Applications that do not embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0. |
| In Eclipse Ditto versions 3.6.0 to 3.8.13 and 3.9.0 to 3.9.7, the Ditto Explorer UI loads its complete environment configuration, including the Ditto API URI and the OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider settings, from an arbitrary
cross-origin URL supplied in the environmentsURL query parameter. It adopts this configuration without user confirmation and persists it in the browser's localStorage. A crafted link can therefore set an attacker-controlled OIDC
authority with autoSso enabled. The UI then automatically starts a login at the genuine identity provider but exchanges the returned authorization code together with its PKCE code_verifier at an attacker-controlled token
endpoint. This lets the attacker redeem the code for the victim's access and refresh tokens. Alternatively, an attacker-controlled api_uri causes the UI to send the victim's bearer token or Basic credentials to the attacker. Because
the configuration is persisted, later visits to the UI without the crafted link repeat the token theft. In versions 3.9.0 to 3.9.7, the Swagger UI OIDC integration of the Helm chart and the Docker Compose deployment is affected in
the same way, but requires the user to start the login. The issue is fixed in 3.8.14 and 3.9.8. |
| The Rede Itaú for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 5.5.3 does not verify the authenticity of a payment gateway webhook before updating an order's status, allowing unauthenticated attackers to change the status of arbitrary WooCommerce orders, including marking unpaid orders as paid and cancelling completed orders. |
| The Rede Itaú for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 5.5.3 does not verify the authenticity of a payment gateway webhook before updating an order's status, allowing unauthenticated attackers to change the status of arbitrary WooCommerce orders, including orders that were already paid or completed. |
| The Cardinity Payment Gateway for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 3.4.2 does not properly verify the authenticity of the payment notifications it receives, as the secret used to sign them is empty by default, allowing unauthenticated attackers to forge an approved-payment notification and mark arbitrary orders as paid, or force them to failed. |
| CAI Content Credentials is affected by an Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature vulnerability that could result in a Security feature bypass. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass security measures and gain unauthorized write access. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. |
| The Visma Pay for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 1.2.2 does not verify the authenticity of payment gateway return requests, relying on a merchant secret that is empty on a store which has not entered its credentials, allowing unauthenticated attackers to mark arbitrary orders as paid and to disclose the name, email address and postal address of any order's customer. |
| The Tickera WordPress plugin before 3.6.0.4 does not correctly verify the integrity of incoming payment notifications, and the validated signature does not cover the order or the amount, allowing unauthenticated attackers to forge a payment confirmation and mark arbitrary orders as paid without paying. |
| Network-AI (npm network-ai) before 5.15.2 contains an origin validation error in McpSseServer._handleRequest in lib/mcp-transport-sse.ts that reflects localhost Origins into Access-Control-Allow-Origin regardless of bind interface. When the server binds a non-loopback address, an attacker page with a localhost Origin visited by a victim can read unauthenticated endpoints like /health cross-origin. |
| BizSpring Shop through commit cf22d39daaf1 contains a payment verification bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated buyers to mark orders paid by calling the PaymentController.testPostPay handler. Attackers can generate a payment log via /member/payment/load and request /member/payment/test_post_pay_{paymentLogSn} to obtain goods without paying or settle other members' orders. |
| When `[migrations] ALLOWED_DOMAINS` was configured, a hostname matching the allow list was accepted without checking its resolved address against the local-network restrictions. A user who can start repository migrations and control the DNS of an allowed hostname could make it resolve to loopback or private addresses and bypass `ALLOW_LOCALNETWORKS = false`, reaching internal services from the Gitea server. Instances without `ALLOWED_DOMAINS` configured are not affected by this specific bypass. |
| A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS, where a cockpit (which uses gnuTLS) rejects a certificate chain with distributed trust. This issue occurs when validating a certificate chain with cockpit-certificate-ensure. This flaw allows an unauthenticated, remote client or attacker to initiate a denial of service attack. |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions after 3.0.0 and before 3.90.0, authenticated external URL-based upload retrieval can forward authentication data to a redirected destination that was not verified as trusted, potentially exposing a valid session to an unintended recipient. This issue is fixed in version 3.90.0. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow an authenticated user to forge signature requests due to improper verification of data authenticity. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions due to improper verification of cryptographic signatures. |
| MOOS-IvP uFldNodeBroker through 24.8.1 fails to validate the source of TRY_SHORE_HOST messages on the vehicle bus, allowing any publisher to enroll attacker-controlled shore routes. Attackers can publish malicious shore route messages to receive bridged vehicle traffic including sensor data and control information. |
| MOOS-IvP uFldShoreBroker through 24.8.1 fails to verify node ping authenticity before creating outbound bridge routes. Attackers can publish NODE_BROKER_PING messages with crafted HostRecord data to redirect bridged variables to attacker-controlled addresses. |
| Issue summary: The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation
contains a bug that might corrupt the internal state of applications on the
Windows 64 platform when running on newer X86_64 processors supporting the
AVX512-IFMA instructions.
Impact summary: If in an application that uses the OpenSSL library an attacker
can influence whether the POLY1305 MAC algorithm is used, the application
state might be corrupted with various application dependent consequences.
The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation in OpenSSL does
not save the contents of non-volatile XMM registers on Windows 64 platform
when calculating the MAC of data larger than 64 bytes. Before returning to
the caller all the XMM registers are set to zero rather than restoring their
previous content. The vulnerable code is used only on newer x86_64 processors
supporting the AVX512-IFMA instructions.
The consequences of this kind of internal application state corruption can
be various - from no consequences, if the calling application does not
depend on the contents of non-volatile XMM registers at all, to the worst
consequences, where the attacker could get complete control of the application
process. However given the contents of the registers are just zeroized so
the attacker cannot put arbitrary values inside, the most likely consequence,
if any, would be an incorrect result of some application dependent
calculations or a crash leading to a denial of service.
The POLY1305 MAC algorithm is most frequently used as part of the
CHACHA20-POLY1305 AEAD (authenticated encryption with associated data)
algorithm. The most common usage of this AEAD cipher is with TLS protocol
versions 1.2 and 1.3 and a malicious client can influence whether this AEAD
cipher is used by the server. This implies that server applications using
OpenSSL can be potentially impacted. However we are currently not aware of
any concrete application that would be affected by this issue therefore we
consider this a Low severity security issue.
As a workaround the AVX512-IFMA instructions support can be disabled at
runtime by setting the environment variable OPENSSL_ia32cap:
OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x200000
The FIPS provider is not affected by this issue. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to bypass authentication by forging valid JSON Web Signatures due to improper verification of cryptographic signatures. |
