CVSS v3.1 |
| uv before 0.11.15 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows malicious wheels to write files outside the scripts directory via crafted console_scripts or gui_scripts entry point names. Attackers who induce users to install a malicious wheel can place executables in PATH directories, shadowing or overwriting existing binaries for code execution. |
| adm-zip before 0.6.1 contains an inconsistent entry resolution vulnerability that allows attackers to bypass content validation by supplying ZIP archives with duplicate entry names. Attackers can craft archives where getEntry() returns the last duplicate while extractAllTo() writes the first, causing unvalidated bytes to be written to disk. |
| Coraza from 3.0.0 before 3.8.1 has a JSON body processor that flattens nested properties into dot-separated ARGS_POST names without escaping literal dots, so distinct properties collide. Unauthenticated attackers can add a later dotted property such as account.role that overwrites a malicious nested value, hiding SQL injection payloads from OWASP CRS rules while backends still receive them. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.20.1, removing an object from a crafted cyclic PDF tree, such as an outline item, can enter an infinite loop and block the current process. This issue is fixed in version 6.20.1. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.0, an attacker can craft a PDF that causes large memory usage or long runtimes when an application retrieves the document's form fields. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.0. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Tenda AC19 16.03.10.07. The impacted element is the function formSetFirewallCfg of the file /goform/SetFirewallCfg of the component httpd Web Management Service. Such manipulation of the argument firewallEn leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. |
| virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, ViaTemplateActivator._generate() removes an existing output only when Path.exists() is true, allowing a dangling symlink to survive and redirect generated activation content, while PyEnvCfg.write() opens pyvenv.cfg without first replacing an existing symbolic or hard link. Another local account that prepares final entries inside the destination can therefore cause environment creation to create or overwrite files outside the requested tree with constrained virtualenv-generated content and the invoking user's permissions. The destination parent must remain controlled by the environment owner during creation; concurrent parent-directory replacement is a separate concern. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.9. |
| GFI KerioConnect (Kerio Connect) before 10.0.8 Patch 2 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Webmail component that allows a remote attacker to run JavaScript in a victim's authenticated Webmail session by uploading a crafted SVG email attachment that bypasses sanitization of event-handler attributes. Attackers can exploit the temporary-download endpoint's insufficient Content-Security-Policy sandbox to execute scripts when the attachment is opened, enabling theft of the victim's credentials and mailbox contents. Proofpoint Threat Research has observed exploitation in the wild as a credential and mailbox stealer. |
| markdown-it is a Markdown parser. From versions 14.1.0 to before 14.3.3, and 15.0.0 to before 15.0.3, a link reference definition whose label or title is never closed is O(n²) with default options. Continuation lines are pulled lazily with str += lineContent in src/rules_block/reference.ts, and the subsequent charCodeAt and slice calls flatten the V8 cons-string, copying everything collected so far; this runs before the rule decides the definition is invalid. No options are required to trigger it. This issue has been patched in versions 14.3.3 and 15.0.3. |
| The affiliate-toolkit – Multi-Network Affiliate & Amazon Product Display plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.2 via the upload_image function. This is due to insufficient file type validation in upload_image due to a weak Content-Type prefix check and extension derivation from the attacker-controlled URL path, with no dangerous-extension stripping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the "import product image" option to be enabled in the plugin settings, as this activates the image download pipeline triggered on product post save. |
| The AI Marketing Expert — AI Email Marketing, AI Content Generator, SEO Analyzer, AI Workflow Automation, Social Media & Ai Chatbot plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires only that the chatbot module is active with at least one configured bot; the attacker stores the payload via three unauthenticated REST calls, and the JavaScript widget auto-poll then delivers it to any administrator who opens wp-admin/index.php. |
| The s2Member – Excellent for All Kinds of Memberships, Content Restriction Paywalls & Member Access Subscriptions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'date_format' parameter in all versions up to, and including, <= 261011 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload bypasses wp_kses_post() on save because it contains no literal angle brackets — only backslash-escaped sequences that PHP's date() materializes into HTML tag characters at render time after WordPress's shortcode_parse_atts() applies stripcslashes() to the attribute value. |
| The Mage Eventpress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in versions up to, and including, 5.7.8 This is due to the mep_grant_shop_manager_access() function hooking user_has_cap and unconditionally granting manage_options whenever an attacker-controllable request marker matches — most notably $_GET['page'] starting with 'mep_' or 'mpwem_', which is never validated against an actually registered EventPress screen. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to Administrator by appending ?page=mep_x to core admin URLs (options-general. |
| The Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via a Predictable Email-Verification Token in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.2. This is due to the `authenticate_user_by_email_link()` function — hooked on the `wp` action and triggered by the `cusomer_email_verify` GET parameter — lacking any capability check or nonce verification, while the `secret_code` it validates is generated as `md5(email . time())` and the `verify_otp_nonce` required to trigger token issuance via the `wp_ajax_nopriv_resend_otp` handler is emitted to every front-end visitor through `wp_localize_script`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as a newly created, verified WooCommerce customer bound to an arbitrary email address — or to flip an existing account's `customer_email_verified` meta to verified — fully bypassing the plugin's core email-verification control. Exploitation requires the `cev_user_log` table to contain a `password` column, which is absent from the fresh-install schema shipped in version 2.8.2 but is present on sites upgraded from an older version where that column was defined. |
| The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'user_url' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.14.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires a visitor to click the attacker's Website URL link on their public Ultimate Member profile, a condition that is trivially met since the redirect-confirmation onclick handler is enabled by default on all new installations. |
| Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is affected by an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. An attacker with high privileges could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. |
| An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') vulnerability in the ember service in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an attacker with local access to unmount arbitrary filesystems or cause a denial of service via the creation of specially named directories and a service restart. |
| A vulnerability was found in Avahi. A reachable assertion exists in the avahi_escape_label() function. |
| Aspose PDF Exporter plugin for WordPress before 2.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to download files through the unsanitized 'file' parameter passed to readfile(). Attackers can send GET requests to aspose_pdf_exporter_download.php with traversal sequences like ../../../wp-config.php to retrieve WordPress database credentials. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19. |
| Blogroll Fun plugin for WordPress before 0.8.5 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject scripts through the 'k' parameter in blogroll.php. Attackers can craft GET requests to /wp-content/plugins/blogroll-fun/blogroll.php with malicious 'k' values that are echoed unsanitized, executing JavaScript in victims' browsers. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19. |
