CVE-2026-73281 1 Openbsd 1 Openssh 2026-08-11 3.5 Low
In ssh-agent in OpenSSH before 10.5, some operations can occur remotely but were intended to occur only locally, including operations that add tokens or use keys. This is caused by misinteraction between agent locking and the session-bind@openssh.com extension.
CVE-2018-0228 1 Cisco 2 Adaptive Security Appliance Software, Secure Firewall Threat Defense 2026-08-11 8.6 High
A vulnerability in the ingress flow creation functionality of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the CPU to increase upwards of 100% utilization, causing a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected system. The vulnerability is due to incorrect handling of an internal software lock that could prevent other system processes from getting CPU cycles, causing a high CPU condition. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a steady stream of malicious IP packets that can cause connections to be created on the targeted device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to exhaust CPU resources, resulting in a DoS condition during which traffic through the device could be delayed. This vulnerability applies to either IPv4 or IPv6 ingress traffic. This vulnerability affects Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software that is running on the following Cisco products: 3000 Series Industrial Security Appliances (ISA), ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances, ASA 5500-X Series Next-Generation Firewalls, ASA Services Module for Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches and Cisco 7600 Series Routers, Adaptive Security Virtual Appliances (ASAv), Firepower 2100 Series Security Appliances, Firepower 4110 Security Appliances, Firepower 9300 ASA Security Modules. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCvf63718.
CVE-2020-3315 1 Cisco 19 1100-4g Integrated Services Router, 1100-6g Integrated Services Router, 1100-lte Integrated Services Router and 16 more 2026-08-11 5.3 Medium
Multiple Cisco products are affected by a vulnerability in the Snort detection engine that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass the configured file policies on an affected system. The vulnerability is due to errors in how the Snort detection engine handles specific HTTP responses. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP packets that would flow through an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass the configured file policies and deliver a malicious payload to the protected network.
CVE-2021-34761 1 Cisco 3 Firepower Management Center Virtual Appliance, Secure Firewall Threat Defense, Sourcefire Defense Center 2026-08-11 4.4 Medium
A vulnerability in Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to overwrite or append arbitrary data to system files using root-level privileges. The attacker must have administrative credentials on the device. This vulnerability is due to incomplete validation of user input for a specific CLI command. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by authenticating to the device with administrative privileges and issuing a CLI command with crafted user parameters. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite or append arbitrary data to system files using root-level privileges.
CVE-2018-15390 1 Cisco 1 Secure Firewall Threat Defense 2026-08-11 6.8 Medium
A vulnerability in the FTP inspection engine of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause an affected device to reload, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. The vulnerability exists because the affected software fails to release spinlocks when a device is running low on system memory, if the software is configured to apply FTP inspection and an access control rule to transit traffic, and the access control rule is associated with an FTP file policy. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a high rate of transit traffic through an affected device to cause a low-memory condition on the device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a software panic on the affected device, which could cause the device to reload and result in a temporary DoS condition.
CVE-2022-20748 1 Cisco 1 Secure Firewall Threat Defense 2026-08-11 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability in the local malware analysis process of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on the affected device. This vulnerability is due to insufficient error handling in the local malware analysis process of an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted file through the device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the local malware analysis process to crash, which could result in a DoS condition. Notes: Manual intervention may be required to recover from this situation. Malware cloud lookup and dynamic analysis will not be impacted.
CVE-2026-72782 1 Craftcms 1 Craft Cms 2026-08-11 6.5 Medium
Craft CMS versions >= 5.0.0-RC1 before 5.10.6 and >= 4.0.0-RC1 before 4.18.2 interpolate environment variables and secrets (via ${ENV_VAR} strings in the elementId parameter) into Twig templates before rendering, even when the Twig sandbox is enabled. An authenticated attacker with control panel access can render a malicious sandboxed Twig template and, using a blind error-based technique across many requests, incrementally leak arbitrary environment variables and secrets. These can be abused to forge sessions (via CRAFT_SECURITY_KEY), escalate privileges, and steal database, SMTP, API, or blob storage credentials. Fixed in 5.10.6 and 4.18.2.

CVE-2026-19380 1 Mullvad 1 Wireguard.sys 2026-08-10 2.3 Low
A vulnerability was identified in Mullvad wireguard.sys 0.10.1. The affected element is the function AdapterState of the component IOCTL Handler. Such manipulation leads to improper update of reference count. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure.
CVE-2026-68122 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-10 5.9 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ovpn: fix peer refcount leak in TCP error paths When either the TCP RX or TX error path calls ovpn_peer_hold() followed by schedule_work(&peer->tcp.defer_del_work), and the work item is already pending from the other path, schedule_work() returns false and the work runs only once. Since ovpn_tcp_peer_del_work() calls ovpn_peer_put() exactly once, the extra reference taken by the losing path is never dropped, leaking the peer object. The race window: CPU0 (strparser/RX error): CPU1 (tcp_tx_work/TX error): ovpn_peer_hold() <- refcnt+1 ovpn_peer_hold() <- refcnt+2 schedule_work() <- queued schedule_work() <- NO-OP (work already pending) ovpn_tcp_peer_del_work runs: ovpn_peer_del() ovpn_peer_put() <- refcnt+1 <- peer never freed Fix by checking the return value of schedule_work() in both paths and calling ovpn_peer_put() to drop the extra reference if the work was already pending. ovpn_peer_hold() is kept unconditional in the TX path as it cannot fail at that point.
CVE-2026-68133 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-10 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ice: fix PTP Call Trace during PTP release If a PF reset occurs when the PTP state is ICE_PTP_UNINIT, then ice_ptp_rebuild() will update the state to ICE_PTP_ERROR. This will result in the following PTP release call trace during driver unload: kernel BUG at lib/list_debug.c:52! ice_ptp_release+0x332/0x3c0 [ice] ice_deinit_features.part.0+0x10e/0x120 [ice] ice_remove+0x100/0x220 [ice] This was observed when passing PF1 through to a VM. ice_ptp_init() fails because ctrl_pf is NULL and sets the state to ICE_PTP_UNINIT. Fix by detecting the ICE_PTP_UNINIT state in ice_ptp_rebuild() and returning without error, preventing the invalid state transition to ICE_PTP_ERROR. The only valid path to ICE_PTP_ERROR is from ICE_PTP_RESETTING after a failed rebuild.
CVE-2026-64602 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: adc: spear: Initialize completion before requesting IRQ In the report from Jaeyoung Chung: "spear_adc_probe() in drivers/iio/adc/spear_adc.c registers its interrupt handler with devm_request_irq() before it initializes st->completion with init_completion(). If an interrupt arrives after devm_request_irq() and before init_completion(), the handler calls complete() on an uninitialized completion, causing a kernel panic. The probe path, in spear_adc_probe(): iodev = devm_iio_device_alloc(&pdev->dev, sizeof(*st)); /* st kzalloc-zeroed */ ... retval = devm_request_irq(&pdev->dev, irq, spear_adc_isr, 0, LPC32XXAD_NAME, st); /* register handler */ ... init_completion(&st->completion); /* initialize completion */ spear_adc_isr() calls complete(): complete(&st->completion); If the device raises an interrupt before init_completion() runs, complete() acquires the uninitialized wait.lock and walks the zeroed task_list in swake_up_locked(). The zeroed task_list makes list_empty() return false, so swake_up_locked() dereferences a NULL list entry, triggering a KASAN wild-memory-access." Fix the chance of a spurious IRQ causing an uninitialized pointer dereference by moving init_completion() above devm_request_irq().

The verifier has ensured GFP_KERNEL is passed only in sleepable context. It has been an old issue since the first introduction of the bpf_local_storage ~5 years ago, so this patch targets the bpf-next. bpf_mem_alloc is needed to solve it, so the Fixes tag is set to the commit when bpf_mem_alloc was first used in the bpf_local_storage.
CVE-2026-2297 1 Python 1 Cpython 2026-08-05 3.3 Low
The import hook in CPython that handles legacy *.pyc files (SourcelessFileLoader) is incorrectly handled in FileLoader (a base class) and so does not use io.open_code() to read the .pyc files. sys.audit handlers for this audit event therefore do not fire.

CVE-2024-58096 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: add srng->lock for ath11k_hal_srng_* in monitor mode ath11k_hal_srng_* should be used with srng->lock to protect srng data. For ath11k_dp_rx_mon_dest_process() and ath11k_dp_full_mon_process_rx(), they use ath11k_hal_srng_* for many times but never call srng->lock. So when running (full) monitor mode, warning will occur: RIP: 0010:ath11k_hal_srng_dst_peek+0x18/0x30 [ath11k] Call Trace: ? ath11k_hal_srng_dst_peek+0x18/0x30 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_rx_process_mon_status+0xc45/0x1190 [ath11k] ? idr_alloc_u32+0x97/0xd0 ath11k_dp_rx_process_mon_rings+0x32a/0x550 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_service_srng+0x289/0x5a0 [ath11k] ath11k_pcic_ext_grp_napi_poll+0x30/0xd0 [ath11k] __napi_poll+0x30/0x1f0 net_rx_action+0x198/0x320 __do_softirq+0xdd/0x319 So add srng->lock for them to avoid such warnings. Inorder to fetch the srng->lock, should change srng's definition from 'void' to 'struct hal_srng'. And initialize them elsewhere to prevent one line of code from being too long. This is consistent with other ring process functions, such as ath11k_dp_process_rx(). CVE-2024-57883 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm: hugetlb: independent PMD page table shared count The folio refcount may be increased unexpectly through try_get_folio() by caller such as split_huge_pages. In huge_pmd_unshare(), we use refcount to check whether a pmd page table is shared. The check is incorrect if the refcount is increased by the above caller, and this can cause the page table leaked: BUG: Bad page state in process sh pfn:109324 page: refcount:0 mapcount:0 mapping:0000000000000000 index:0x66 pfn:0x109324 flags: 0x17ffff800000000(node=0|zone=2|lastcpupid=0xfffff) page_type: f2(table) raw: 017ffff800000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 raw: 0000000000000066 0000000000000000 00000000f2000000 0000000000000000 page dumped because: nonzero mapcount ... The page table itself will be discarded after reporting the "nonzero mapcount". 2. The HugeTLB page mapped by the page table miss freeing since we treat the page table as shared and a shared page table will not be unmapped. Fix it by introducing independent PMD page table shared count. As described by comment, pt_index/pt_mm/pt_frag_refcount are used for s390 gmap, x86 pgds and powerpc, pt_share_count is used for x86/arm64/riscv pmds, so we can reuse the field as pt_share_count.
