CVSS v3.1 |
| Statmatic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to version 5.17.0, assets uploaded with appropriately crafted filenames may result in them being placed in a location different than what was configured. The issue affects front-end forms with `assets` fields and other places where assets can be uploaded, although users would need upload permissions anyway. Files can be uploaded so they would be located on the server in a different location, and potentially override existing files. Traversal outside an asset container is not possible. This path traversal vulnerability has been fixed in 5.17.0. |
| MyPower vc8100 V100R001C00B030 was discovered to contain an arbitrary file read vulnerability via the component /tcpdump/tcpdump.php?menu_uuid. |
| Directory Traversal vulnerability in yeqifu carRental v.1.0 allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the file/downloadFile.action?path= component. |
| The Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal in versions 7.3.0 to 7.5.1 via the mercadopagoDownloadLog function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to download and read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. The arbitrary file download was patched in 7.5.1, while the missing authorization was corrected in version 7.6.2. |
| MPXJ is an open source library to read and write project plans from a variety of file formats and databases. The patch for the historical vulnerability CVE-2020-35460 in MPXJ is incomplete as there is still a possibility that a malicious path could be constructed which would not be picked up by the original fix and allow files to be written to arbitrary locations. The issue is addressed in MPXJ version 13.5.1. |
| `oak` is a middleware framework for Deno's native HTTP server, Deno Deploy, Node.js 16.5 and later, Cloudflare Workers and Bun. By default `oak` does not allow transferring of hidden files with `Context.send` API. However, prior to version 17.1.3, this can be bypassed by encoding `/` as its URL encoded form `%2F`. For an attacker this has potential to read sensitive user data or to gain access to server secrets. Version 17.1.3 fixes the issue. |
| Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in FitNesse releases prior to 20241026. If this vulnerability is exploited, an attacker may be able to know whether a file exists at a specific path, and/or obtain some part of the file contents under specific conditions. |
| An authenticated Path Traversal vulnerabilities exists in the ArubaOS. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows an attacker to install unsigned packages on the underlying operating system, enabling the threat actor to execute arbitrary code or install implants. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Themelocation Woo Products Widgets For Elementor allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects Woo Products Widgets For Elementor: from n/a through 2.0.0. |
| D-Link Nuclias Connect firmware versions < 1.3.1.4 contain a directory traversal vulnerability within /api/web/dnc/global/database/deleteBackup due to improper sanitization of the deleteBackupList parameter. This can allow an authenticated attacker to delete arbitrary files impacting the integrity and availability of the system. |
| This vulnerability in Grafana's datasource proxy API allows authorization checks to be bypassed by adding an extra slash character in the URL path.
Users with minimal permissions could gain unauthorized read access to GET endpoints in Alertmanager and Prometheus datasources.
The issue primarily affects datasources that implement route-specific permissions, including Alertmanager and certain Prometheus-based datasources. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in VOID CODERS Void Elementor Post Grid Addon for Elementor Page builder allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects Void Elementor Post Grid Addon for Elementor Page builder: from n/a through 2.3. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in OceanWP allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects OceanWP: from n/a through 3.4.1. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in PluginOps Landing Page Builder allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects Landing Page Builder: from n/a through 1.5.2.0. |
| Applications serving static resources through the functional web frameworks WebMvc.fn or WebFlux.fn are vulnerable to path traversal attacks. An attacker can craft malicious HTTP requests and obtain any file on the file system that is also accessible to the process in which the Spring application is running.
Specifically, an application is vulnerable when both of the following are true:
* the web application uses RouterFunctions to serve static resources
* resource handling is explicitly configured with a FileSystemResource location
However, malicious requests are blocked and rejected when any of the following is true:
* the Spring Security HTTP Firewall https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/reference/servlet/exploits/firewall.html is in use
* the application runs on Tomcat or Jetty |
| CraftOS-PC 2 is a rewrite of the desktop port of CraftOS from the popular Minecraft mod ComputerCraft using C++ and a modified version of PUC Lua, as well as SDL for drawing. Prior to version 2.8.3, users of CraftOS-PC 2 on Windows can escape the computer folder and access files anywhere without permission or notice by obfuscating `..`s to bypass the internal check preventing parent directory traversal. Version 2.8.3 contains a patch for this issue. |
| The Startklar Elementor Addons plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.13. This is due to the plugin not properly validating the path of an uploaded file prior to deleting it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files, including the wp-config.php file, which can make site takeover and remote code execution possible. |
| The WP Fastest Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.6 via the specificDeleteCache function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can include wp-config.php files of the affected site or other sites in a shared hosting environment. |
| Directory Traversal vulnerability in Centro de Tecnologia da Informaco Renato Archer InVesalius3 v3.1.99995 allows attackers to write arbitrary files unto the system via a crafted .inv3 file. |
| Saltcorn is an extensible, open source, no-code database application builder. A logged-in user with any role can delete arbitrary files on the filesystem by calling the `sync/clean_sync_dir` endpoint. The `dir_name` POST parameter is not validated/sanitized and is used to construct the `syncDir` that is deleted by calling `fs.rm`. This issue has been addressed in release version 1.0.0-beta16 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
