CVE-2026-99200 1 Linux 2 Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-28 4.4 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: hisilicon: hisi_femac: Move setting of netops to fix crash hisi_femac_drv_probe() connects the PHY before dev->netdev_ops is assigned. phy_attach_direct() -> phy_link_topo_add_phy() reads dev->netdev_ops through netdev_need_ops_lock() since the commit in question, so probing crashes with a NULL pointer dereference when CONFIG_NET_SHAPER is enabled. phy_link_topo_add_phy from phy_attach_direct+0xec/0x37c of_phy_get_and_connect from hisi_femac_drv_probe+0x1f4/0x558 Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! exitcode=0x0000000b Assign netdev_ops before the PHY attach, as was done for emac in commit 7c9f391ec89c ("net: emac: move setting of netops to fix crash").
CVE-2026-99202 1 Linux 2 Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-28 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: libsas: Fix SMP IO deadlock during HA resume smp_execute_task_sg() calls pm_runtime_get_sync() on the host before issuing an SMP command. When that command is itself issued from the HA resume path, the get_sync() deadlocks: it waits for the ongoing resume (the device is RPM_RESUMING), while the resume is blocked in sas_drain_work() waiting for that same SMP IO to complete. The deadlock needs an expander-attached SATA disk. During sas_resume_ha() -> sas_drain_work(), DISCE_RESUME -> sas_resume_sata() -> ata_sas_port_resume() requests ATA_EH_RESET, and the hard reset for such a disk is done via SMP PHY CONTROL (sas_ata_hard_reset() -> sas_phy_reset() -> sas_smp_phy_control() -> smp_execute_task_sg()). Direct-attached SATA resets through lldd_control_phy() and SSP devices use TMFs, so neither hits this. Replace the get_sync()/put_sync() pair with pm_runtime_get_noresume()/pm_runtime_put(). smp_execute_task_sg() only needs to hold off autosuspend while the SMP is in flight, and it must not try to resume the host: a sync resume issued from the HA resume path itself is what deadlocks, and by the time sas_resume_ha() runs, hw_init has already reinitialized the hardware, so the device is accessible without one. The usage reference is still required. Discovery work normally runs inside an event worker's PM reference, taken at sas_notify_port_event() notify time and held until the handler has flushed the disco queue. sas_rediscover_ex_phy() however requeues DISCE_REVALIDATE_DOMAIN from within the revalidation worker itself, and flush_workqueue() does not wait for work items queued during execution, so that chained revalidation runs with no outer PM reference - without the get_noresume(), its SMP could race autosuspend. For the BSG path, sas_smp_handler() is the only caller which may find the host autosuspended: expander SMP requests do not go through any SCSI device request queue, so nothing else in that path holds the host awake. Resume it there with pm_runtime_resume_and_get() and check the result.
CVE-2026-99211 1 Linux 2 Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-28 3.3 Low
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netlink: reset skb headers before unicast and multicast filtering Socket filters can use SKF_NET_OFF and SKF_LL_OFF to read relative to an skb's network and MAC headers. Netlink producers may reserve headroom without resetting those headers, allowing a receiving socket's filter to read data before the initialized message. For example, IWPM HELLO replies are allocated with dev_alloc_skb(), which reserves NET_SKB_PAD bytes. An unprivileged NETLINK_RDMA user can attach a classic socket filter and disclose this headroom through the length of the delivered reply. The resets in netlink_dump() do not help because IWPM sends a separately allocated skb through netlink_unicast(). Reset both headers before running the receiver's filter in unicast and broadcast delivery, as is already done for dump skbs. This also covers other netlink producers that reserve headroom without changing their allocation or message-building code.
CVE-2026-99213 1 Linux 2 Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-28 4.7 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock: treat TCP_CLOSING as once-established Handle the TCP_ESTABLISHED -> TCP_CLOSING transition on OP_RST, which can race with the connect loop. Immediately break and return 0 on ESTABLISHED/CLOSING. The return value of connect() should reflect what happened up to the point the connection was established or failed. Events that occur afterwards must not affect it. E.g. even if OP_RW has already set sk_err, connect() should still return 0, not ENOBUFS because of it. Adapt the inaccurate comment above signal_pending(). Resetting a socket that is still present in connected_table can lead to memory corruption. The reporter noted lost transports for in-flight skbs, and I have reproduced crashes caused by re-insertion into connected_table. list_add double add: new=, prev=, next=. kernel BUG at lib/list_debug.c:35! CVE-2026-95664 1 Apache 2 Apache Camel, Camel 2026-10-28 5.4 Medium
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an Expression Language Statement ('Expression Language Injection') vulnerability in Apache Camel AWS2-s3 component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.8.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.2. For the object it uploads, reads or deletes, the camel-aws2-s3 producer takes the key from the CamelAwsS3Key message header and falls back to the keyName option configured on the endpoint only when that header is absent. Since 4.8.0, AWS2S3Utils.determineKey() also passed the resulting value to the Simple language whenever it contained ${ or $simple{, so that a route could use a dynamic key, and the evaluation applied to a value taken from the header as well as to the configured option. The header is not route configuration, however: the aws2-s3 consumer sets CamelAwsS3Key on the exchanges it creates to the key of the object it read, that is, the name of the object in the bucket. In a route that does nothing more than consume from one aws2-s3 endpoint and produce to another, the name of each consumed object therefore reached the producer, and a name containing either marker was evaluated as an expression, although the route author never asked for any evaluation, and configuring keyName on the producer did not prevent it, because the header took precedence. A key that a route copied into the header from other message content was evaluated in the same way. Anyone able to choose the name of an object in a bucket that such a route consumes, typically a principal allowed to upload to that bucket, could therefore have Simple expressions of their choosing evaluated in the Camel process. The Simple language can read JVM system properties, environment variables and configuration properties, which commonly carry credentials, and, where camel-bean is on the classpath, invoke methods on beans in the registry. The evaluated result became the key the producer used, so reading a value back additionally required the ability to see object names in the destination bucket, while a method invocation took effect without it; together with the need to name an object in a consumed bucket, this is why the severity is assessed medium. The bucket name went through the same evaluation, but the consumer only ever places the bucket configured on its own endpoint in a bucket header, never a value derived from a remote object, so the bucket name was not reachable in this way. Releases before 4.8.0 used the key from the header as given and are not affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.22.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.22.2. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.5. The 4.8.x to 4.17.x and 4.19.x to 4.21.x release lines reached end of life before this issue was resolved and will not receive a fix, so deployments on them must move to a supported release. After upgrading, a key or bucket name supplied through a message header is used literally, so a route that put an unevaluated Simple expression in the CamelAwsS3Key or CamelAwsS3OverrideBucketName header must evaluate it in the route instead, for example with setHeader and simple(), or configure it as the keyName or bucketName option of the endpoint. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, do not let a key derived from an object name or from other untrusted message content reach an aws2-s3 producer unchecked: in routes that pass exchanges from an aws2-s3 consumer to an aws2-s3 producer, either remove the CamelAwsS3Key header before the producer with removeHeader(“CamelAwsS3Key”), so that the keyName configured on the endpoint is used, or reject exchanges whose CamelAwsS3Key header contains ${ or $simple{. Configuring keyName alone is not a workaround, because the header takes precedence over it. As defence in depth, allow only trusted principals to write to buckets that Camel routes consume.
CVE-2026-104016 2026-10-28 7.5 High
ProtobufParser parses length-prefixed protobuf string and bytes fields by checking (_inputPtr + len) <= _inputEnd and then, on the fast path, calling _finishShortText(len). Both use 32-bit signed integer arithmetic. When an attacker supplies a varint decoding to a length near Integer.MAX_VALUE, _inputPtr + len overflows to a negative value, the bounds check passes, and _finishShortText(len) reaches TextBuffer.expandCurrentSegment(len), which performs Arrays.copyOf with no cap and throws OutOfMemoryError: Requested array size exceeds VM limit. The JVM refuses arrays larger than Integer.MAX_VALUE - 8 before consulting available heap, so -Xmx tuning does not mitigate the issue. StreamReadConstraints.maxStringLength and maxDocumentLength do not gate this path: a 33-byte payload is far below any document-length cap and the string-length check does not fire before the allocation. This was confirmed empirically against shipping artifacts with maxStringLength, maxDocumentLength and maxNestingDepth all configured. A February 2026 hardening commit added the equivalent overflow guard to the packed-array-length and message-length paths but left the string-length call sites unguarded. No privileges or user interaction beyond the ability to submit data for parsing are required.
CVE-2026-116689 1 Follow-redirects 1 Follow Redirects 2026-10-28 5.9 Medium
follow-redirects is a Node.js HTTP and HTTPS client wrapper that automatically follows redirects. From 1.16.0 until 1.16.2, the documented sensitiveHeaders option is checked with value instanceof Array, so an array created in another JavaScript realm is replaced with an empty list even though Array.isArray recognizes it. When a request then follows an attacker-controlled cross-origin redirect, a custom credential header named in that discarded list can be forwarded to the redirect destination. This issue is fixed in version 1.16.2.
CVE-2026-114278 1 Eclipse 1 Eclipse Che 2026-10-28 9.8 Critical
The che-machine-exec service constructs a shell command by concatenating user-controlled input (the username and namespace fields from the /exec/init and /exec/config JSON endpoints) into a double-quoted sh -c "echo "..." > ..." invocation without any escaping. When che-machine-exec is run with authentication disabled (its default), any network-reachable attacker can achieve remote code execution in containers che-machine-exec is configured to access, via shell command substitution ($(...) or backticks).
CVE-2026-117608 1 Assimp 1 Assimp 2026-10-28 6.1 Medium
Assimp through 6.0.5 contains an integer overflow vulnerability in MD2Importer::ValidateHeader() that allows attackers to bypass frame table bounds checks using crafted header fields. Attackers can supply a malicious .md2 file whose numFrames and numVertices values wrap the 32-bit size check, causing heap out-of-bounds reads that crash applications or expose adjacent heap memory.
CVE-2026-110747 2026-10-28 7.5 High
ProtobufParser._readStringKey() reads the length prefix of a protobuf map entry's string key into an attacker-controlled int and then checks (_inputPtr + len) <= _inputEnd using signed arithmetic. For values near Integer.MAX_VALUE the addition overflows to a negative value and the check passes even when the input contains no key data. The parser then calls _finishShortText(len), which expands the text buffer to the declared length via TextBuffer.expandCurrentSegment and Arrays.copyOf, throwing OutOfMemoryError: Requested array size exceeds VM limit. An 8-byte malformed message containing a map entry with a declared key length of 0x7FFFFFFF is sufficient. Configured StreamReadConstraints, including maxStringLength, maxNameLength, maxDocumentLength and maxNestingDepth, do not prevent the failure. Applications running with -XX:+ExitOnOutOfMemoryError terminate the JVM. This is the same integer-overflow pattern addressed for other call sites in the remediation associated with CVE-2026-104016 and CVE-2026-104017; the map-key call site was corrected on the 3.x branches only, leaving the corresponding 2.x branches unguarded. Release lines 2.18, 2.19 and 2.20 do not contain _readStringKey() and are not affected by this vector. No privileges or user interaction beyond the ability to submit data for parsing are required. The 3.0 release line and 3.1.0-3.1.5 / 3.2.0-3.2.1 do not contain _readStringKey() and are therefore not affected; the method first appears in 3.1.6 and 3.2.2, mirroring its introduction at 2.21.6 on the 2.x side.
CVE-2026-116678 1 Dani-garcia 1 Vaultwarden 2026-10-28 5.8 Medium
Vaultwarden is a Bitwarden-compatible server written in Rust. Prior to version 1.37.0, the Vaultwarden icon downloader validates the initial icon host and DNS results but passes favicon URLs parsed from attacker-controlled HTML to get_page_with_referer() without applying should_block_host() to the second-stage host. This flaw bypasses the remediation for CVE-2026-47160, which covered decimal, hexadecimal, octal, and IPv4-mapped IPv6 host normalization, because the second-stage IP-literal favicon fetch does not invoke the custom DNS resolver. A remote unauthenticated attacker can provide a public page whose favicon uses an IP-literal URL, allowing the Vaultwarden server to reach loopback or private and internal addresses. The issue affects instances with internal icon downloading enabled and can expose internal responses that resemble supported images or reveal reachability through timing, status, and cache behavior. This issue is fixed in version 1.37.0.
CVE-2026-116684 1 Modelcontextprotocol 1 Python-sdk 2026-10-28 6.8 Medium
The Model Context Protocol Python SDK is the official Python SDK for Model Context Protocol servers and clients. From 1.10.0 until 1.30.0 and 2.2.0, server-side bearer authentication configured through AuthSettings with token_verifier accepts a valid token issued for another service when the authorization server serves multiple resources and the TokenVerifier does not independently validate the aud audience. This resource-confusion flaw lets a token holder authenticate to the wrong MCP server and exercise that token's resulting access. This issue is fixed in versions 1.30.0 and 2.2.0.
